Have you ever seen a balloon color that you liked on Pinterest or Instagram, but were unable to find it anywhere? It's probably because the balloons were blended, also referred to as double stuffed (balloon inside of another balloon), versus a manufactured color. Pastel is generally manufactured in five colors: blue, green, purple, pink, and yellow. Sometimes that's plenty and we offer that as well. However, if you're looking for that MUST HAVE color, we are here to help! Our Custom Artisan Pastel Balloon Garland Kit will help make your party the talk of the town! 100% do it yourself. *************************************************** How It Works: 1: Refer to image 4 and leave colors in the personalization notes to seller at checkout. You can choose up to 6 colors and will receive an assortment of the colors that you choose. 2. Some customers prefer only large balloons (Picture 2). If you like the added depth of having 5 inch balloons, please select Yes for Add 5 Inch Balloons, and how many that you would like. Balloon glue will be included if you purchase 5 inch balloons. 2. Include your event date so we can help ensure you receive the garland before your event. Sample Note To Seller: 11"/12" - #1, #3, #16, #23 5" - Same as 12" (if selected) Event Date - September 20, 2019 Note: The garland length in the first picture is 5 ft and is hanging above a 39 inch table. *************************************************** Included in your Balloon Garland Kit (balloon quantity varies based on the garland size): - An assortment of 11"/12" balloons in colors of your choice - An assortment of 5" balloons in colors of your choice (if selected) - Balloon decorating strip - Wall hooks - Twine - 1 dual action balloon air pump (We've quality tested over 10 balloon pumps and provide the best balloon pump on the market). - Balloon glue (if 5" balloons are selected) If you do not need the balloon pump, please let us know and we will credit you for the amount of the pump in the form of a partial refund after purchase. We also offer most colors in 36 inch jumbo sizes. They are $12 each. Please reach out to us if you would like to add any. *************************************************** The garland takes approximately 40-120 minutes to put together and does not require any previous balloon handling or crafting experience. Detailed instructions are included to help guide you. Balloons arrive deflated and are filled with the balloon air pump that is provided. For best results, inflate within 48 hours of your event, but closer is better. We will use FedEx 3 business day shipping (exceptions below), with arrival time in 3-4 business days. By way of example, if you place an order on Monday before 6 pm PST, we will ship the item on Tuesday (in some cases, we will ship the same day, but this is not guaranteed). Both FedEx and USPS treats the next day, Wednesday, as day 1, so your purchase will arrive on Friday. Delays can occur due to holidays, inclement weather, worker strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances with FedEx or USPS. We recommend ordering at a minimum, one week before your event just to be safe. If you are shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, a U.S. territory or a P.O. Box, we will use USPS instead of FedEx. Please select the appropriate shipping upgrade at checkout. FedEx has an on-time delivery rate of over 99%. USPS especially around the holidays is less than 90%. If you have a time sensitive event and do not plan on purchasing a balloon pump, please upgrade your shipping selection at checkout.
