Patchouli is a diversely used essential oil as it can soothe nervous tension and worry, promote grounding meditation practices, or even enhance perfumery in both men and women’s fragrances. More so, Patchouli has amazing skin care qualities as it helps reduce the appearance of wrinkles, scars, and blemishes. It can also help nourish dry, cracked skin as well as balance oily skin.
Put a few drops in your diffuser to create a relaxed mood or if you're like Jennifer, put a few drops with water in a spritzer and use it as your scent.
